Carl Colmenares has two decades of experience in training and business management. Based in Houston, Texas, he first became interested in andragogy after building a successful animal transportation company. Initially a small business transporting domestic animals across the state, it quickly became an enterprise-level transport for two of the largest US air carriers. Carl's passion for instructional design grew from his understanding that training is a foundation for growth and continued success.  

Carl is a results-driven instructional designer with a robust technology background who enjoys leading training for precision-based tasks, talent management, and leadership development.
